Medications and Prescriptions

The service includes the ability to obtain prescriptions for a wide range of medications, such as amoxicillin, azithromycin, doxycycline, sildenafil (Viagra), tadalafil (Cialis), spironolactone for acne, terbinafine for nail fungus, and treatments for chronic conditions such as asthma, hypertension, and diabetes. Brand-name medications such as Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, Zepbound, Saxenda, and Contrave are also offered, subject to medical evaluation. Additionally, the platform allows for the renewal of existing prescriptions (up to four or more medications) and review of lab results.

Skincare Products

CallonDoc sells a line of topical products under its own brand, which includes serums, moisturizers, cleansers, treatments for spots and wrinkles, and sunscreens. Products include concentrated retinol serum, hydrating serum, eye contour cream, papaya cleanser, green tea facial mist, and vitamin C concentrate, among others.

How Care Works

Consultations are conducted entirely online, without the need for an appointment, and are available seven days a week, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Most visits are completed in less than two hours, and the patient experience can be as quick as 15 minutes. The service is described as secure and private, complying with HIPAA regulations. Prices are flat and transparent, and the cost is provided before the consultation begins. Patients can use their insurance at the pharmacy for medication dispensing.

Referral Program

The company offers a referral program through which both the referrer and the new user receive a $10 credit: the new user upon registering and the referrer after the referred person completes their first eligible consultation. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and are subject to the program's terms and conditions.
