His career also includes executive leadership roles at Rockefeller Center, the U.N. Plaza Hotel, Palmer House Hilton, Churchill Downs and Log Still Distillery, as well as consulting and leadership work tied to events such as the Super Bowl, the Olympic Games, the U.S. Open Tennis Championships, PGA Championships, the Grammy Awards and Lollapalooza.

Danielson trained in France at the Dumas Père School of French Cooking and the École Hôtelière de Tain-l'Hermitage. At the Albert, he applies a refined perspective to Italian-American cuisine, supported by seasonal ingredients and careful execution. His hospitality philosophy, inspired by his mother's and grandmother's cooking and entertaining, sees the table as an opportunity to bring people together.
