COREX

COREX: interactive mystery books you solve yourself

COREX is an online store that sells interactive mystery books, a format in which the reader doesn't just follow a plot but actively takes part in solving the case. The concept is built around eliminating suspects using clues, letter patterns, page numbers, nearby names, and chapter details. The store states that it offers worldwide shipping, secure checkout, and customer support by email.

The catalog: two cases to solve

The featured catalog consists of two interactive mystery titles. The first, The Killer Isn't June, is presented as an elimination puzzle in which the reader works with letter patterns, page numbers, nearby names, and chapter details. The product description notes that it includes 43,000 suspects and 17 clues, and that the goal is to eliminate every name that doesn't fit until only one remains, thereby proving June's innocence.

The second title, The Victim Isn't Dead, is described as an interactive mystery told through twenty fragments that open each chapter. The story follows Margot across different cities and years, with recurring details that the reader must connect. The product states that it includes 15 clues and a register of 37,000 names, and that the challenge is to discover the hidden name at the center of the mystery.

Other products in the catalog

In addition to the books, the store includes relaxation items in its catalog: the COREX CalmPod weighted blanket and the COREX DreamEase sleep mask. These products are listed alongside the interactive case collections.
