Siding & Window Vault: siding and window replacement in Northwest Washington

Siding & Window Vault is a contractor specializing in exterior renovations for residential, commercial, and multi-family homes in Bellingham, Anacortes, and Northwest Washington. The company presents itself as a local, family-owned, and insured contractor and holds the James Hardie Elite Contractor certification. Its approach focuses on completing siding and window replacement under one schedule and a single workmanship warranty, with no subcontracting and no unexpected costs.

Siding and window services

The main service is siding replacement, which includes removing the existing material, inspecting the sheathing, and installing a new exterior detailed to withstand wind-driven rain. The company works with products such as James Hardie Siding (including the ColorPlus line), fiber cement, LP SmartSide, cedar wood, and FastPlank. It also performs lead siding and asbestos siding replacement.

For windows, it offers full-frame replacement — never pocket inserts — with brands such as Milgard, Ply Gem, Andersen, and Simonton. The company indicates that its supply-only window service will be available soon.

Complementary services: painting, decks, roofing, and doors

In addition to siding and windows, Siding & Window Vault offers complementary services including exterior painting, deck replacement, roofing, and custom doors. For exterior painting, it uses Sherwin-Williams products and performs prep, caulking, and coatings suited to the region's wet winters. For decks, it installs brands such as Trex, TimberTech, and Fiberon. For roofing, it works with asphalt shingles, GAF shingles, metal roofing, Taylor Metal Roofing, and Nu-Ray Metals. For custom exterior doors, it uses Therma-Tru and Codel products. It also performs home rot repair, rebuilding damaged sheathing, trim, and framing before installing the new siding.
