Flooring and surfacing products

The store's catalog covers several product families for different rooms in the home and business:

• Hardwoods, both domestic and exotic.

Window treatments and installation services

In addition to flooring, ImPressive Floors sells window treatments. Its services include residential and commercial flooring installation, window treatment installation, and custom rug making, with binding or serging options according to the client's preference.

The company offers both installation carried out by its own professionals and the option for the client to do the work themselves. In that case, it provides the necessary materials and resources for installation. The lifetime warranty on flooring applies only to installations performed by its installers.

Carpet cutting and service for professionals

ImPressive Floors presents itself as the only store in the area with an in-store carpet cutting machine. This equipment allows materials to be cut to size quickly, a service aimed at both individual clients installing on their own and contractors and installers outside the company.

Showroom, warehouse and shopping experience

The business has a two-story showroom designed as a planning space and a separate warehouse, both in downtown Bedford. The company has a visualizer that allows you to see how a selected product would look in the client's own room before deciding to buy.

The showroom also sells maintenance items and accessories, including floor cleaners, rug pads and rug fasteners, other cleaning products, chair leg protectors, vacuum cleaners, anti-slip stair tapes, and general installation supplies.

Mohawk ColorCenter Elite Dealer and financing

Since 2010, ImPressive Floors has maintained a partnership with Mohawk as an exclusive Mohawk ColorCenter Elite dealer. The company links that agreement to its knowledge of the manufacturer's product lines and those of other suppliers, as well as its focus on customer service.

The store offers financing options and payments with Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Synchrony. Its clientele includes both individual homeowners and commercial clients.
