Its offering focuses on renting storage spaces with access control, account management and online payment, and the ability to rent a unit remotely through the system the company calls Touchless Rentals.

Available Units and Sizes

The company's catalog organizes units by size, from the smallest formats to the largest. The website shows a size guide with videos to help you choose the right space based on what you plan to store.

• XS: Storage Locker
• S: 5x5 and 5x10
• M: 10x10 and 10x15
• L: 10x20
• XL: 10x30

The company notes that actual sizes may vary from the approximate size estimate and recommends inspecting the unit before renting it.

Access, Control and Management from Your Phone

Central Coast Self Storage offers full gate and unit access control from your mobile phone. The company also provides customers with an account area with information, a document center, settings and the ability to link a space to the account, as well as online bill payment.

Online Rental and Pricing

Reservations and rentals can be made through the website. The site listed units starting at $95 and applied an online rental discount, which the company states is honored on any rental originating from an online reservation. The company clarifies that online pricing is only available for online reservations and rentals.

Current Promotions on the Site

The site showed a move-in special with up to one month free on select sizes, redeemable via a link and with a note to see the manager for details. The company itself specifies that the offer is subject to change, applies only to selected units and subject to availability, affects only the rental fee and does not include other taxes or fees, such as the administrative fee. It also notes that promotions are for new customers only and do not apply to transfers or additional spaces, that pricing may change and that a reservation is required to guarantee the rate.

Additional Services and Protection

Among the services associated with the rental, the company mentions a self storage protection agreement and the sale of supplies. The company presents itself as a local provider seeking a safe and clean environment for storing belongings.
