Tarrant County College — Southeast Campus

Tarrant County College’s Southeast Campus is the district’s Arlington base, set near the meeting of New York Avenue and Southeast Parkway. The campus opened in fall 1996 to serve the growing Arlington–Mansfield corridor and has since served more than a quarter-million students. TCC reported enrollment approaching 10,000 as the campus marked its 30th anniversary in October 2026.

A $193 million renovation and expansion has reshaped the student route through the site. TCC says the completed project adds 100,000 square feet and renovates 234,000 square feet, with a welcome-centered building for admissions, financial aid, business services, testing and advising, and another building for classrooms, labs, faculty work and culinary instruction. Current campus highlights include the Associate of Science, Cybersecurity AAS and Nutrition and Dietetics AAS; students should check the current schedule for the location of each section.

The new Learning Commons gives students a place to seek help beyond class. TCC’s campus calendar lists the library, counseling and campus services, a Veterans Resource Center, and tutoring in language, math, writing, accounting and economics. The campus also supports Early College High School partners and Lifestyle and Community Learning. For English-language placement, the Southeast ELLP coordinator is listed at ESEC (SE03), Room 1102; call 817-515-3565 to request an appointment before visiting.

The address is 2100 Southeast Parkway, Arlington, TX 76018. Drivers can reach the campus from I-20 via New York Avenue; TCC also lists an approach from Highway 360. The campus map identifies buildings and parking, and TCC says permits are no longer required at Southeast. Students who meet TCC’s eligibility rules can use Arlington On-Demand rideshare free within its service area. Because the campus occupies a broad site and offices moved during construction, check the building for your appointment or class before setting a map route.
