About North Orange Continuing Education — Anaheim Campus

NOCE’s Anaheim site is the district’s most visible adult-learning address: a ten-story building between the 91, 5 and 57 freeways that also houses district administration. The college dedicates space here to classrooms and staff for its noncredit programs, so the building has a broader public-service role than a single department office. The address is 1830 W. Romneya Drive, with admissions and registration assistance on the second floor; the current posted walk-in hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Anaheim center combines English as a Second Language and high-school completion with counseling, Disability Support Services, the ARISE Hub, basic-skills instruction, a food pantry and Helping Hands clothing closet. Its career list spans bookkeeping, customer service, human resources, computer skills, medical assisting, early-childhood education, pharmacy technology, funeral-service assistance, medical-device quality assurance, electrical training and management. These are continuing-education offerings, many without tuition, rather than credit-bearing associate degrees. The current class schedule is essential because some instruction takes place at partner locations around the county.

The campus is receiving an outdoor green space, with construction scheduled from August 2026 through April 2027. NOCE’s current notice directs students to the east first-floor entrance or the second-floor ramp entrance and identifies Lots 1 and 3 west of the tower and Lot 2 to the east for student parking. The OCTA bus stop and student drop-off have moved to Lot 2; accessible parking and EV charging have also been relocated. NOCE requires a parking permit for students, publishes a $3 daily fee and says that a permit does not guarantee a space. The notice is worth checking again before an in-person visit.

NOCE’s official site links Facebook, Instagram, X and YouTube for institutional updates. Its StarHelp team can assist with enrollment and registration by phone at (714) 808-4679 or at the admissions counter. This is a practical first stop for adults deciding whether to begin with free ESL or citizenship preparation, a high-school diploma, basic skills, or a short career certificate; staff can direct students to the right schedule and explain which services are based in Anaheim.

In brief

NOCE’s central adult-learning site for ESL, high-school completion, career certificates, counseling, disability support and student assistance.
