Urban Self Storage

Urban Self Storage: self-storage in the western United States

Urban Self Storage is a self-storage facility chain operating 77 locations across Arizona, New Mexico, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii. The company presents itself as a network designed to make moving and storage easier, with on-site managers and services intended to let customers simply unload their vehicle.

Services and unit features

The chain's facilities include security measures such as motion-activated lighting and video surveillance at many of its locations. They also offer climate-controlled units to protect items from temperature and humidity changes, and their access areas feature wide hallways and drive aisles that make vehicle maneuvering easier.

Most locations sell moving and packing supplies, and the company provides customers with a size guide to choose the right unit, as well as storage and packing tips.

The network spans five states. Arizona has four facilities; New Mexico has three; Oregon has seven; Washington has sixty-one; and Hawaii has one. Cities served include Albany, Albuquerque, Auburn, Bainbridge Island, Bellevue, Bellingham, Bernalillo, Blaine, Buckley, Burlington, Connell, Corvallis, Cottonwood, DuPont, East Wenatchee, Enumclaw, Everett, Ferndale, Gold Canyon, Graham, Issaquah, Keizer, Kenmore, Kent, Kirkland, Lake Stevens, Lakewood, Lynden, Maple Valley, Marysville, Mesa, North Bend, Olympia, Pasco, Philomath, Poulsbo, Portland, Puyallup, Redmond, Renton, Ridgefield, Rio Rancho, Sammamish, Seattle, Sedona, Snohomish, Spanaway, Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver, Wailuku, and Yakima.
