A+ Storage: temperature-controlled self storage in Tennessee and Florida

A+ Storage is a self storage unit rental company operating in the states of Tennessee and Florida. Founded in Tennessee in 2002 as a completely local, small business operation, the company has since expanded to Florida. Its offering focuses on temperature-controlled units and drive-up access units, designed to make loading and unloading directly from the vehicle to the unit door easier.

Units and rental options

A+ Storage's catalog includes temperature-controlled units, aimed at protecting sensitive items from climate variations, and drive-up units, which allow you to park your vehicle next to the unit door to speed up loading. The company also sells moving supplies, such as bubble wrap and boxes, at each of its locations, positioning it as a one-stop provider for those who need to pack and store.

Security and monitoring

The facilities feature digital security cameras with video recording and 24/7 monitoring, even outside business hours. Lighting remains on throughout the premises to facilitate safe access at any time. Each location has an on-site manager who regularly checks units for signs of intrusion. As part of maintenance, regular pest control services are provided.

Services and amenities for tenants

The company offers automatic payments and online payments from your phone or computer. Depending on the location, some facilities have elevator access. All locations have on-site offices, and some have received recognition for their management. The company presents itself as a clean, secure storage option with competitive rates.

Rental process

Renting is handled in four steps: the customer uses a customizable size guide to choose the right unit, provides basic information, completes the rental and moves in, and sets up automatic payments. The company states that the process is simple from start to finish.

Presence and coverage

A+ Storage operates in Tennessee and Florida, with locations such as Huntsville and Woodland Hills. The company defines itself as a leading choice in the Southeast United States for self storage unit rentals, with personal, friendly customer care for tenants.
