Central New Mexico Community College — South Valley Campus

South Valley is at 5816 Isleta SW in Pajarito Village, beside the Rio Grande bosque. The campus opened in 1995 in the former Pajarito Elementary School after local leaders pushed for an educational site serving the community. Its eight-acre scale and setting feel different from urban Main: here the college places its presence close to valley neighborhoods.

The site offers courses in several CNM fields and student support. Its Learning Commons provides computers and library resources, and the campus also participates in community education, including a Head Start location. The classes available at South Valley vary by term, so students should search the schedule by course and confirm whether advising, testing or labs take place here or at another campus.

The college describes access from I-25 and says ABQ RIDE serves all five campuses. South Valley lots require a permit, so arrange one or check authorized spaces before driving. This site can be convenient for people in the southern part of the city; for an appointment, verify the exact address and building so it is not confused with billing offices at Main.
