About Radilum
Radilum, design lighting in alabaster, brass, and crystal
Radilum is a design lighting firm that sells chandeliers, pendant lamps, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, flush mounts, ceiling fan lights, and outdoor lighting. Its catalog is organized by product type, by room (living room, bedroom, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, hallway, office, staircase), by style, and by material, and includes references such as the Thetford collection, with hand-finished aged brass cone shades.
Materials and finishes
The company builds much of its offering around three materials it works with regularly. Alabaster is cut and turned by hand from a quarry block, so each shade has a distinct veining. Brass is sand-cast from ingot, with no stamping or plating, and hand-finished in five patinas. Porcelain is turned, bisque-fired, painted, and glaze-fired in Jingdezhen. Crystal is cut and polished by hand, facet by facet. The catalog is rounded out with natural marble, onyx, travertine, ceramic, Murano glass, solid wood, and rattan.
Catalog and featured pieces
The site shows a large volume of references: 681 chandeliers, 834 wall sconces, 444 pendant lamps, 298 table lamps, 118 floor lamps, 110 flush mounts, 21 outdoor lights, and 9 ceiling fan lights. Among the pieces noted as most requested by designers are the Hour Rho alabaster wall lamp, from $2,480 and four finishes; the Braeden alabaster pendant, from $3,180 and three configurations; the Evelyn crystal chandelier, from $890 and six color combinations; and the Novi onyx wall lamp, from $1,240 and three sizes. The firm notes that these pieces come from six years of commissions.
Custom projects
Radilum works with a design team to size, finish, and configure fixtures to specific specifications, from scale and drop length to glass and metal finish. The custom stone program lets you choose alabaster, marble, onyx, or travertine and select the vein pattern and slab thickness. The company publishes case studies of residential, commercial, and hospitality projects in which the lighting was custom-designed for the architecture and interior design of the space.
Trade program
The firm maintains a program for studios and specifiers, aimed at interior designers, architects, and hospitality groups. It includes a 20% discount with no minimum on the entire catalog, stackable with volume discounts starting at ten fixtures; an assigned project manager as a single point of contact from specification through installation; the ability to resize, refinish, or reconfigure most pieces; and free sketches and 3D renders with no minimum.
Resources for studios
The site offers 3D files in SketchUp, Revit, and 3ds Max for each fixture, the full 2026 catalog as a downloadable PDF, a sizing and installation guide with chain-length calculations based on ceiling height, island lengths, and walkway clearances, and a library of finishes photographed in high resolution, with physical samples available with purchase. It also publishes guides on stone selection, island sizing, and ceiling fan light wobbling repair, plus a library of custom Pantone colors.
Stone objects and guides
Alongside lighting, the company sells chandeliers, incense holders, and small vessels cut from travertine, alabaster, and rossa marble. Its blog includes comparisons and practical guides, such as choosing between a linear and round chandelier for a dining table, the installation height for entryway light fixtures, or a selection of alabaster table lamps.
