Autohorn Fleet Services, fleet management and vehicle rental in York

Autohorn Fleet Services is an independent fleet management specialist based in York (United Kingdom). The company presents itself as a personal fleet manager for each client and structures its activity around four options: car and van rental, contract hire, flexible leasing and salary sacrifice schemes. Its offering covers both one-off needs —a vehicle for a day or a week— and longer-term contracts for businesses and individuals.

Rental and leasing options

The service catalogue is organised into four distinct plans:

• Car and van rental: flexible rental options from one day to several weeks, with vehicles available at collection points across the United Kingdom.
• Contract hire: fixed-term vehicle leasing aimed at businesses, with terms adaptable to each client.
• Salary sacrifice: a tax-efficient arrangement whereby employees allocate a portion of their salary in return for a non-cash benefit, such as a car or a van. Autohorn acts as the designated provider of the scheme within the company, in collaboration with its partners.
• Flexible leasing: short-term leasing with the option to swap or cancel the vehicle easily.

Indicative rates by vehicle category

The site shows starting prices per day depending on the type of vehicle: small cars from £30, medium cars from £35, large cars from £40 and commercial vehicles from £30. These are indicative rates published at the time of analysis and are subject to availability and finance approval.

Three-step booking process

The company describes a simplified procedure for arranging a rental: the client submits the request form, the team responds with a personalised proposal of vehicles tailored to their needs and, once the model has been chosen, they collect the vehicle and set off. This approach applies both to one-off rentals and to leasing arrangements.
