TMD Motorhomes

TMD Motorhomes combines a showroom and workshop in Wythall, south of Birmingham. Its story began in 1995 as a vehicle-repair business; in 2010 it added motorhome sales and service. In 2025, it opened a purpose-built sales center on a 1.64-acre site. The family-run company presents the location as a place to compare vehicles and arrange maintenance after a purchase.

The showroom carries new motorhomes and campervans from Adria, Bürstner, Elddis, Etrusco, and Malibu, along with a selection of used vehicles. The range runs from compact campervans for two-person trips to larger models for families. Inventory changes; the website lets shoppers review available vehicles and filter listings, making it easier to compare brands, sizes, and budgets before speaking with the sales team.

The same location has a workshop that participates in the Approved Workshop Scheme, an initiative of the National Caravan Council, The Caravan and Motorhome Club, and The Camping and Caravanning Club. TMD offers mechanical and maintenance work, habitation checks, MOT testing, air-conditioning repairs, and accessory installation for motorhomes and campervans.

The company also lists E&P hydraulic leveling systems, Truma air conditioning, and VB air suspension among its workshop services. These address different needs: leveling a vehicle at a campsite, adding climate control, or changing ride support and stability. Availability and compatibility depend on the vehicle, so the workshop asks customers to discuss each installation before booking.

TMD also advertises three-year service plans and a five-year extended warranty for certain new Adria and Bürstner motorhomes. Terms, coverage, and eligibility depend on the product and are set out in the sales documents; these offers do not apply universally to every used vehicle or brand in the catalog.

The sales location is at Inkford Brook on Alcester Road in Wythall, near Junction 3 of the M42. The showroom is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The listed phone number belongs to the sales center; the contact page reviewed does not publish a general email. The address in the local source database was a template placeholder and has been replaced with the official location.

For someone comparing a first purchase or considering an upgrade, TMD brings new and used inventory, sales guidance, and after-sales service together at one center. It may also suit owners looking for a habitation check or a specific accessory. The combination of showroom, workshop, and maintenance plans gives the business a broader role than one-time motorhome sales.
