Ali's Creationz

Ali's Creationz, personalised balloons and celebration details from Wrexham

Ali's Creationz is an online store run by a husband and wife team based in Wrexham, North Wales. Their business focuses on selling personalised balloons, balloon bouquets, rose bears and party decorations, with home delivery. The company presents itself as a business aimed at making it easier to buy party products online, for those who prefer to avoid travelling to a physical store.

Balloon and decoration catalogue

The store's range covers several product families. Among the balloons, highlights include personalised bubble balloons, personalised Orbz balloons, printed bubble and Orbz balloons, balloon bouquets and number balloons, available both inflated and uninflated. Balloon arch and garland kits are also offered, along with ready-made balloon packages.

Personalisation is one of the business's hallmarks, applied especially to balloons. The catalogue includes examples such as the personalised bubble balloon filled with mini balloons, the personalised Planet Earth bubble balloon and the surprise holiday reveal balloon.

Rose bears and other details

Alongside balloons, the company sells rose bears, crystal bears and rose dog figures. Within this line there is a specific category of graduation rose bears, as well as the general rose bear collection. Digital invites complete the offer.

Party supplies and decorations

The party supplies section includes decorations, party tableware, party banners and pennants, balloon boxes and LED fairy lights. The catalogue also features themed party hats, such as the Safari Two Wild model in packs of ten.

Products organised by occasion

The store structures part of its offer according to the celebration: first and second birthdays, other birthday milestones, Father's Day, new born and baby shower, graduations, Eid, remembrance balloons, back to school, Mother's Day, Valentine's Day and Christmas. This organisation by occasion makes it easier to find the right items for each type of event.

Delivery and payment methods

Helium inflated balloons are delivered on the date chosen by the customer and next day delivery is available. There is no Sunday delivery and, for Saturday deliveries, the option must be upgraded at the checkout. Orders are dispatched the day before the selected delivery date. The store accepts secure payment with PayPal and Stripe, and allows splitting the amount with Clearpay or Klarna.

Promotions current at the time of analysis

The site showed a 10% off everything limited time offer and a 10% welcome code for the first order, redeemable at the checkout and not applicable to sale items. The catalogue also included a buy one get one free promotion on a 141-piece Christmas balloon garland kit.
