Ron Smith & Co.

Ron Smith & Co. began in 1967 as a garden machinery business combining sales, repairs, and spare parts. Founded by Ron Smith and subsequently run by his son Mark, the company maintains locations in Worcester and Hereford. It serves domestic gardens, estates, and professional work through showrooms and an online store.

Lawnmowers are organized by working format and power source. There are manual, electric, battery-operated, and gas-powered machines, alongside self-propelled, cylinder, and roller models. Ride-on machines and lawn tractors add collecting, side-discharge, and zero-turn alternatives. The selection helps distinguish the task and terrain before comparing individual models.

Automated care has a specialist team. Honda Miimo, Husqvarna Automower, Segway Navimow, and STIHL iMOW appear in that section, which distinguishes professional robots and virtual-boundary models. The company offers robotic mower installation surveys and dedicated accessories. Ground work is supported by aerators, scarifiers, cultivators, tillers, and machines for long grass.

Pruning and cleanup have other product families: chainsaws, hedge trimmers, pole pruners, brushcutters, and blowers, with electric, battery, or gas-powered alternatives depending on the equipment. Multi-tool systems include engines and attachments from ECHO, EGO, Honda, Husqvarna, Mitox, and STIHL. Shredders, water pumps, pressure washers, and utility vehicles broaden the catalog for work at different scales.

The relationship with the machinery continues after purchase. Ron Smith & Co. provides repairs, servicing, and a spare parts department. Batteries, chargers, chains, bars, blades, belts, oils, and service kits are part of the selection. Helmets, gloves, boots, and hearing and face protection support the work, within an offering bringing together the machine, its consumables, and technical care.

The two locations have distinct addresses. The Worcester head office is at 4 Newtown Road, Shrub Hill, Worcester WR5 1HF. The Hereford location is The Garden Machinery Centre on Rockfield Road, Hereford HR1 2UA. Online sales draw on stock distributed across showrooms and depots, while the physical locations allow customers to see machinery and receive guidance on suitable equipment.
