Origin and product philosophy

The project was born from a journey made in 2015 along Vietnam, from Ho Chi Minh City to Hanoi. During that trip, the founder discovered the country's coffee and tea culture, and observed that, although Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer behind Brazil, its coffee remains little understood outside its borders. The company works directly with Vietnamese farmers to offer quality coffee and tea, supporting sustainable practices.

Robusta and Arabica coffee from Vietnam

The coffee range focuses on two main varieties. Robusta, which accounts for around 95% of national production, is grown at lower altitudes and is characterised by an intense flavour, high caffeine content and natural bitterness. The company sells Robusta with natural process and with "honey" process, in 200 g and 1 kg formats. Arabica, on the other hand, comes from a second-generation family farm: Ngoc's parents acquired the land from a French family in the 1930s. This coffee, grown using natural and sustainable methods, is smooth, well-balanced and versatile, suitable for espresso or for brewing with a phin filter without the need for condensed milk. It is sold as whole bean and coarse ground.

Teas: jasmine flower and pandan

In addition to coffee, the catalogue includes flower tea, made with hand-tied jasmine tea leaves that unfurl on contact with hot water, and pandan tea, a caffeine-free herbal infusion made with dried pandan leaves, light and refreshing for any time of day. Unbleached self-fill tea bags are also offered.

Accessories and gift sets

The shop has accessories such as the Vietnamese 'Phin' filter and a coffee grinder.
