About Roseview Windows

Roseview Windows, British manufacturer of sash windows

Roseview Windows is a UK company dedicated to manufacturing uPVC sash windows with a wood-effect finish. The company presents itself as a supplier to the trade sector (installers, architects, builders and commercial projects) and also serves homeowners through its network of installers. Its activity dates back to 1977, when it began its journey in the window sector, and in 1985 it became, according to its own statement, the first company in the UK to specialise in manufacturing uPVC sash windows.

The Rose Collection: three sash window models

The company markets its main range under the name Rose Collection, comprising three uPVC sash window models:

  • Ultimate Rose: the model most focused on authenticity, with a finish that aims to resemble original timber. It incorporates technologies and construction options developed by the company itself.
  • Heritage Rose: a versatile window, with finer sightlines than other uPVC models, designed to suit both new and old buildings.
  • Charisma Rose: a more affordable option, with thermal and acoustic performance, and finishes that maintain traditional aesthetics.

The company offers a model comparison tool and a catalogue of window options, including special features such as arches, sills, bays and combinations.

Incarnation Secondary Glazing: aluminium secondary glazing

Within the Roseview group, the Incarnation Window Systems brand manufactures double-glazed aluminium secondary glazing. This solution is designed for listed or protected buildings where it is not possible to replace the original windows, as it improves thermal and acoustic insulation without replacing existing frames.

Technical evolution and awards

The company has incorporated technical milestones throughout its history. In 1985 it began working with Rehau; in 2003 it added the Plastmo system (now Eurocell) to its range, which gave rise to the Charisma Rose model. In 2009 it pioneered the incorporation of run through horns, a solution that has since been replicated by other manufacturers. In 2013 it launched the Ultimate Rose model, which received the G13 New Product of the Year award. In 2016 it developed its first in-house profile, a 35 mm midrail, and that same year it won the G16 award for best customer care initiative for its training centre for installers on heritage projects. In 2019 it launched the Ultimate Rose Mk3, with new options such as the deep cill and staff bead as standard. In 2022 it presented the Seahorse sash horn, a modern design inspired by classic 19th-century curved horns. In 2024, the Ultimate Rose received the Build It award for best sash window.

Training and installer network

Roseview Windows has its own training centre where it instructs installers on heritage projects, with advice on surveying and installing sash windows to its standards. The company manages the Trade Installation Partner Scheme (TIPS), aimed at professional installers, and has a Trade Hub portal for members. For homeowners, it offers a postcode-based search for associated installers.

Sectors and resources for professionals

The company serves professional installers, architects and specifiers, builders and self-builders, commercial projects and planning and conservation projects. On its website it makes available to these groups technical downloads, case studies, a gallery of completed projects and a virtual tour, as well as informative sections on energy efficiency, ventilation, conservation and planning, and sustainability.
