ClearView, exterior window and gutter cleaning in the Midlands

ClearView is an exterior cleaning company serving both domestic and commercial properties. Its presentation rests on three attributes: outstanding, reliable and trustworthy work. The service is organised around regular window cleaning and larger one-off cleans, such as a full house valet.

Exterior cleaning services

The company's catalogue includes the following services:

• Residential window cleaning.
• Conservatory and orangery cleaning.
• Gutter, fascia and soffit cleaning.
• Gutter clearing and interior gutter cleaning.
• Full valet house cleaning.

Work is aimed at private customers and businesses. Among the comments on the site is one from a commercial establishment that hired cleaning for its shop windows, fascia boards with moss build-up and columns.

Working method and customer relationship

The company works by appointment and notifies the customer the day before by text message, indicating an approximate arrival time. The operator arrives with their own water supply, so they do not need to take water from the home. Acceptance of card payments and the option of direct debit are presented as conveniences for customers who are not at home during the service.
