The catalogue is organised into several product families. Natural stone includes limestone tiles, flagstone tiles, Dijon limestone and marble. Porcelain offers stone effect tiles, limestone effect tiles, marble effect tiles, terrazzo effect tiles, concrete effect tiles, terracotta effect tiles, wood effect tiles, as well as large format tiles and fluted tiles.

For outdoor and garden use, the store offers natural stone paving, outdoor porcelain, limestone paving slabs, sandstone paving slabs, cobbles and patterned paving slabs. It also sells indoor/outdoor tiles.

In the decorative section are metro tiles, patterned tiles, Kit Kat tiles, zellige tiles, checkerboard tiles and ceramic tiles. The selection can be filtered by colour (white and neutral, cream, beige, ivory, red, gold, pink, green, brown, grey, blue, black and black & white) and by room (kitchen, bathroom, living area, hallway), as well as by surface (floor, wall, splashback, fireplace).

The store also sells accessories for installation and maintenance: tile adhesive, grout, sealer, primers and cleaners.

Samples and customer service

Stone Store offers a sample service: it allows you to order three cut samples for free. The company states that delivery is free for indoor porcelain orders over £600. Customer reviews collected on the site highlight the service received, the speed of deliveries and the ability to resolve issues such as tiles damaged during transport.
