Just Blinds

Just Blinds, made-to-measure blinds and shutters with local teams

Just Blinds is a family-run company dedicated to the manufacture and installation of made-to-measure blinds and shutters. Its presentation states that it began in the family garage over 25 years ago and was formally established in 2001. The firm is organised into local teams with their own phone number, so each area has a nearby point of contact for advice, measuring and fitting.

The company states that it is a member of the BBSA (British Blind and Shutter Association), which associates it with independent standards and blind safety recommendations. Its approach is based on three steps: a free home visit, a clear quotation with the price of the fully fitted installation, and professional fitting.

Blinds catalogue and light control solutions

The catalogue covers a wide variety of systems for different light, privacy and everyday needs:

• Roller blinds, available in numerous colours, textures and practical finishes.
• Vertical blinds, designed for wide windows, doors and rooms that require precise light control.
• Metal Venetian blinds.
• Real wood and faux wood blinds.
• Day & night blinds, with overlapping fabric bands that combine views, privacy and filtered light.
• Roman blinds.
• Perfect Fit blinds, a drill-free frame system designed to fit many uPVC windows and doors.
• Motorised blinds, with silent control for hard-to-reach windows, large rooms and smart home routines.
• Nightshade blackout blinds, aimed at deeper darkening for bedrooms, children's rooms and spaces where conventional blackout is not enough.
• Blind screen systems.
• Roof and Velux blinds.

The company also sells spare parts, components and replacement slats for vertical blinds, so an existing track can be renewed without changing the whole set.

Made-to-measure plantation shutters

Just Blinds designs and installs made-to-measure plantation shutters, with full-height, café-style and tier-on-tier options. Each solution is specified according to the window and professionally installed. The company offers a specific consultation for this type of product, in which light, privacy and architectural finish requirements are assessed.

In-home advice and choosing materials

The service includes bringing samples to the customer's home to compare options in the real light of each room. The company presents this visit as a way to make an informed decision between discreet neutrals, bold colours, subtle patterns and manual or automated control systems. The quotation is provided with the price of the product and fitting, with no obligation to buy.

Online shop and spare parts

For those who already know their measurements, Just Blinds has an online shop where you can order made-to-measure roller, vertical, Venetian and blackout blinds, as well as replacement slats for existing vertical tracks. The shop advertises free UK delivery on orders over £175 and secure checkout.

Coverage and local teams

The company operates through local teams with a presence in the North West of England and other areas. Each branch serves its town and nearby towns, and has its own phone number. The areas mentioned on the site include Wigan, Warrington, St Helens, Bolton, Preston, Manchester, Stockport, Knutsford, Widnes, Liverpool, Wirral, Southport, Ormskirk, Sheffield, Newark and Blackpool.

Track record and family business values

The firm presents itself as a family business with over 25 years of experience. According to its story, the family's children helped after school making blind rails and packing orders, and today they help lead the local branches. The company maintains a family standard of advice and customer service, and publishes customer reviews from different areas as a sample of its activity.
