Home Living Outlet

Home Living Outlet, home furniture with a showroom in Lancashire

Home Living Outlet is a British home furniture retailer that operates a physical store in Waterfoot, in the county of Lancashire, and also sells through its website with UK-wide shipping. The company presents itself as a supplier of high-end furniture at restrained prices and structures its offering around three main blocks: sofas and armchairs, dining and occasional furniture, plus its own line of home fragrance items.

Sofas and armchairs catalogue

The seating range is organised by size, type and covering. By dimensions it includes two, three and four seater sofas, corner sofas and L shape sofas. By type there are recliner sofas, modular sofas, tech sofas and sofa beds. As for covering, the store distinguishes between fabric sofas and leather sofas.

The armchairs section covers manual and power recliner chairs, loveseats, accent chairs and office chairs, likewise separated into fabric and leather versions. The catalogue also includes matching sofa and armchair sets.

Dining and occasional furniture

The dining offering comprises dining chairs, swivel dining chairs, bar stools and dining benches. In tables, the store sells extending, round and square models, with a specific category of wooden dining tables, as well as complete dining sets.

The general furniture section brings together coffee tables, side tables, wardrobes, sideboards and other supporting furniture. The company also offers bespoke furniture, as stated in its own description.

Home fragrance items and accessories

Under the name Elements Of Home, the store sells a line of home fragrance products that includes reed diffusers, candles and other home scent items. The catalogue is completed with mirrors, cushions and cushion covers, table lamps, ceiling lights, lamp bases, footstools, beds and mattresses, bedside tables, lamp tables, office chairs, drinks cabinets and street signs.

Finance, delivery and shopping services

The company advertises interest-free finance on orders of £500 or more, with an eleven-month interest-free option, and works with Snap Finance as a payment resource. The site indicates quick delivery in the UK and offers the possibility of arranging a video call to make a personalised purchase remotely. It also has a used sofa removal service through Clearabee.

The catalogue shows a clearance section with reduced prices on fabric and leather sofas and armchairs, as well as on matching sets. Among the published examples are a Jarvis power recliner armchair with power headrest, a Warwick tech power recliner corner sofa with speakers, tech console and chargers, a Seattle modular power recliner fabric corner sofa, a Keswick 3 seater fabric recliner sofa and a Willow 4 seater chaise fabric sofa.

Identity and commercial presence

The company adopts as its motto a review from a customer, Claire of Accrington, who described the establishment as the best furniture store you've never heard of. According to the firm itself, that phrase was used on local signs and on the back of some team uniforms. The store accepts payments with Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay and Visa, and operates in pounds sterling with the United Kingdom as the shopping region.
