New World

New World, electric and gas cookers produced by Glen Dimplex

New World is a British kitchen appliance brand that, following the end of a five-year licensing agreement, has returned to Glen Dimplex Home Appliances (GDHA). The company currently manufactures new New World cookers and sells models such as the 50cm electric ceramic cooker, available in black (reference 444412056) and white (444412057) finishes.

Cooker range

The range featured on the site includes the 50cm electric ceramic cooker, presented in two colour variants. The brand aims to bring flexibility, convenience and style to the kitchen, according to the published product description.

Product registration and customer support

The company maintains a customer support area that covers appliance registration, self-help and maintenance, user guides and downloads, repair service and the purchase of spare parts. For general enquiries, the company recommends checking the support section first before submitting the contact form.

Spare parts and repairs

New World offers spare parts for out-of-warranty products through its dedicated UK line. It also provides a repair service for the Republic of Ireland. The company warns that owners of New World products manufactured under the previous licence should contact the original manufacturer's support, not GDHA.

Appliance delivery

The company has an appliance delivery team, reachable via contact form or email, to manage the delivery of purchased products.
