Concept Home Design: bespoke kitchens and fitted furniture from Hertfordshire

Concept Home Design LTD is a joinery and interior design company based in Hertfordshire (United Kingdom) working with clients across London. Its activity focuses on the design, manufacturing and installation of bespoke furniture for residential and commercial spaces, with in-house production in its workshop.

Specialities and services

• Bespoke kitchens: design and installation of functional kitchens tailored to each client's needs and preferences, with all manufacturing carried out in the company's workshop.
• Fitted wardrobes: personalised solutions to make the most of the space in bedrooms and other rooms, with in-house manufacturing.
• Under-stairs storage: bespoke drawers, cupboards and shelving to make the most of the space under the stairs.
• Cabinetry and joinery: custom furniture for any room in the home or business, from kitchens to storage solutions, tailored to the client's space and style.

Our process

The process begins with contact by phone or email, during which the client's initial ideas and plans are gathered. A free no-obligation consultation is then offered at the property, where the team takes measurements and assesses the specific conditions of the space in order to produce a completely personalised design. The team then works with the client to finalise the design, making any necessary revisions, and finally an installation date is set. The company highlights that its team puts safety first and works in a clean and tidy manner during installation.

In-house production and client profiles

All products are manufactured in the company's own workshop, which allows it to control quality, materials and finishes. Concept Home Design works with homeowners, interior designers, architects and developers, and offers solutions tailored to different budgets. The company presents itself as specialising in the bespoke joinery and interior design sector.

Coverage area

The company is based in Hertfordshire and serves the entire London area, with bespoke joinery solutions for residential and commercial clients.

Customer experience

The testimonials on its website mention projects involving fitted wardrobes, under-stairs storage, kitchens, walk-in wardrobes, niche shelving and living room furniture. Clients highlight the speed of measuring and manufacturing, adherence to deadlines and budgets, attention to detail, the variety of materials and colours, and the ability to adapt to spaces with uneven walls and floors. Communication with the team and follow-up after installation are also mentioned.
