Maguires Country Parks

Maguires Country Parks, residential and holiday parks in the north of England

Maguires Country Parks is a holiday and residential park management and sales company that has been operating since 1981 as a family-run business. Its activity is concentrated in North Yorkshire and North East England, where it sells holiday homes, residential park homes and touring caravan stays.

Holiday Homes

The holiday home catalogue includes models from manufacturers such as Victory, ABI and Willerby. Featured units on the site include the Victory Faraday, the ABI St David and the Willerby Manor. The company presents these homes as high-end accommodation within rural settings selected for their scenery and tranquillity.

Residential Homes for Over-45s

The company sells residential park homes in exclusive, gated communities aimed at people over 45. The proposition is aimed at those looking to downsize or embrace a more carefree lifestyle, with high-quality homes in peaceful countryside settings.

Touring Stays and Offers

In addition to selling homes, Maguires Country Parks offers touring stays and publishes limited-time offers covering holiday home ownership, residential park living and seasonal touring stays. The site maintains a newsletter with subscription options based on the user's interest: holiday home ownership, residential home ownership, seasonal touring or touring holidays.

Parks We Manage

The company operates a network of parks spread across several counties in the north of England. In North Yorkshire are Fox Hall, New Hutton Bonville, Winksley Banks, The Burrows, Swainby, Swaleside and Nursery Garden. In Northumberland are Ord House, The Kaims, High Hermitage and Forget Me Not. In County Durham are Marwood, Low Carrs, Hurworth Springs and Newbus Grange. The site flags some of these parks as new.

Park Facilities

Within its dining offering, the company has Ord House Lounge Bar & Grill and Prince William Bar & Grill. The site also includes testimonials from residents who mention parks such as Newbus Grange and highlight the quality of the maintenance, the surroundings and the community of neighbours.
