VoyaHire: coach and minibus hire with driver across the UK and Europe

VoyaHire is a company specialising in coach and minibus hire with driver. Its area of operation covers the UK and Europe, and its offering is aimed at groups that need organised travel, from corporate teams to universities, airport and cruise passengers, event attendees, tours and private groups.

Group transport services

The company structures its activity around several booking options: one-way trips, return trips and hourly hire. The booking process allows you to define the origin and destination, add up to four intermediate stops and specify the pickup and return date and time. For hourly hire, the duration can be selected in fifteen-minute intervals, from one hour up to twenty-four hours and forty-five minutes.

Among the trip purposes covered on the website are corporate and business travel, weddings and private celebrations, tours of the UK and Europe, airport and cruise port transfers, school, university and college trips, sporting events and matches, festivals, concerts and parties, funerals and memorials, and other general charter services. The booking form allows you to indicate the number of passengers and the number of small and large suitcases.

Fleet and capacity

The available fleet includes vehicles with capacities ranging from 4 to 87 seats, making it possible to adapt the service to groups of different sizes. The company states that it has a network of more than 8,000 partners and 24/7 availability.

Organisations served

The website mentions having served organisations of various kinds, although it does not detail specific names or sectors. The clients section merely states that hundreds of journeys have been arranged.

Booking process and coverage

Quote requests are made through a form that collects the trip details, contact information and purpose of travel. The company operates in the UK and Europe, and offers continuous support for service coordination.
