Custom Chic: personalised gifts for every occasion

Custom Chic is a UK-based online store that sells personalised gifts. Founded in 2021, the company presents itself as one of the country's leading personalised gift sites, according to its own description. Its catalogue covers a wide variety of products that customers can personalise with names, photos, messages or their own designs.

Catalogue of customisable products

Custom Chic's offering is organised into several categories. Among the best sellers are personalised mugs, t-shirts and sweatshirts, acrylic and glass Christmas ornaments, crystal ball lamps, cushions, canvas posters, tote bags, doormats, metal signs, night lights, tumblers and phone cases. The company also offers home decor products such as wooden and acrylic plaques, display frames, ceramic and glass vases, wooden clocks, candle holders and decorative figurines.

In the drinkware and tableware section, the catalogue includes ceramic, marble and glass mugs, wine glasses, whisky glasses, beer glasses and insulated water bottles. For the home, there are fleece blankets, pillowcases, personalised rugs and mats, as well as garden signs and decorative flags. The accessories section includes leather wallets, handbags, backpacks, caps, belts, socks, aprons and keyrings, among others.

Personalisation and gift options

Custom Chic allows each item to be personalised with options that include adding names, photographs, phrases or special designs. The store organises its products by recipient (for him, for her, for couples, for dog and cat lovers, for friends, for coworkers) and by occasion (birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, retirement and travel, among others).

The website features a quick selection tool that, in just a few seconds, suggests gifts based on the recipient and the occasion. In addition, the company sells seasonal products such as Christmas ornaments, Christmas socks, festive-themed t-shirts and items for special occasions such as a baby's first birthday or graduations.

Custom Chic offers free shipping on all UK orders over £70. The company has a help centre and an order tracking system on its website. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00.
