Warranties and after-sales services

The company offers a free 10-year parts warranty. In addition, from 1 September 2025, selected appliances include up to 5 years free labour warranty, which the customer must register and activate. Customer service is available 364 days a year and includes booking repairs, instruction manuals, spare parts and accessories, and product registration.
