The firm states that it can make any carp rig with the materials the customer specifies, at prices it describes as very competitive.

The shop offers free shipping on all carp rigs within the UK, with international shipping available at an additional cost. The company states that its aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, often the same day, and it has express delivery options. Orders over £35 automatically receive an extra 10% discount at checkout, with a maximum available discount of 15%. The company warns that premium hooks and rig boxes may be subject to slight delays depending on availability.
