Pure Lavish

Pure Lavish, online bathroom and kitchen boutique in the UK

Pure Lavish is a British online store dedicated to selling bathroom and kitchen products. It presents itself as an alternative to large generalist warehouses: instead of accumulating a massive catalogue, it filters its offering to keep only items selected for their build quality, finish and design. The company describes itself as an authorised retailer for some of the UK's most respected bathroom brands and states that it does not sell imitations or cheap imports, but genuine products with manufacturer warranty.

Catalogue: taps, showers, basins and furniture

Pure Lavish's range covers several main categories:

• Taps
• Showers
• Heating and radiators
• Baths
• Basins
• Bathroom furniture
• Bathroom accessories

Within its range of taps and accessories, the store highlights collections with specialist finishes such as brushed brass, blush gold and black chrome, designed for those looking for a specific finish without having to wade through thousands of basic options.

Brands stocked

Pure Lavish presents itself as an authorised stockist of brands such as Jaquar, Artize, Kartell, Warmup, Britocean and Leporce. The company emphasises that all products come with a full manufacturer warranty.

Customer service and delivery

The store offers UK-based customer support, with a team that knows the catalogue and can advise on compatibility, for example between a black chrome shower valve and a basin waste. Standard delivery is free across most of the UK on orders over £499, including bulky items such as radiators and bathroom furniture. The company states that it has a distribution network that allows it to process and ship orders quickly, with tracked delivery.

Customer profile and proposition

Pure Lavish targets homeowners who prioritise design and quality when renovating their bathroom or kitchen. Its proposition combines a curated product selection, recognised brands and an online shopping experience with secure checkout and tracked delivery.
