In this case, the customer sees the design and knows the price before paying, and receives a unique code to complete the purchase on the custom design page.

Production process and turnaround

The process begins with choosing the garment, colour and size, from newborn to four years. Then the name, age or date is added, or your own photo is uploaded. The company sends a design preview so the customer can spot any errors before printing. Once approved, the order is printed and dispatched within two to three working days via Royal Mail with tracking.

Shipping and payment methods

Shipping is free for orders over £30; below that amount, the standard cost is £3.45, with delivery throughout the UK. Payments can be made with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
