FRO Blinds describes itself as a family-run business based in Wellington. It opened its Market Street showroom in November 2021 with the support of a £7,000 grant from the Pride in the High Street scheme from Telford & Wrekin Council. What began as a made-to-measure blinds business expanded into curtains, Roman blinds, shutters and soft furnishings. The team combines showroom service and field work: Andy, the owner, carries out home visits, quotes and installations and covers the showroom on Saturdays; Rebecca manages appointments and order queries; Sam and Isabel serve customers in Shrewsbury, and Sam is also part of the installation team across the county; Ness handles manufacturing and orders; Bobby joined production in May 2025 and since August has also taken part in installations. The company is looking to recruit an experienced blinds and curtains fitter.

New build homes

The firm runs a specific line aimed at new build developments, with solutions designed around the real way of life in these homes.
