Pinball Heaven

Pinball Heaven, British pinball machine specialist

Pinball Heaven presents itself as the UK's largest pinball distributor. Its catalogue ranges from new machines and retro models to specific parts, spares and accessories, and the company states that it ships worldwide. It operates from premises in Tarleton, in the county of Lancashire, where it handles both sales and technical service.

New machines and special editions

The shop sells pinball machines from manufacturers such as Stern Pinball, Jersey Jack Pinball, Chicago Gaming, Spooky Pinball and Dutch Pinball. Among the references listed in the catalogue are titles such as Godzilla, Cactus Canyon, Guns N Roses, James Bond 007, Toy Story, Jurassic Park, Pulp Fiction, Jaws, Stranger Things, Elton John, Foo Fighters, Sonic The Hedgehog, Fallout, Transformers and Tales of the Arabian Nights. Pro, Premium and Limited Edition versions are offered, with variants and prices that the site shows as indicative and subject to change.

Spare parts, accessories and specific components

In addition to complete machines, Pinball Heaven sells spare parts and accessories organised by category: game-specific parts, general spares and accessories, tools, manuals, mods and accessories, and retro arcade games. The catalogue includes items such as flipper buttons, metal cabinet protectors for cabinet legs, wiring looms for specific models, Addams Family Gold EPROMs and art blades for machines such as Pokémon.

Technical service, repair and restoration

The company offers maintenance and repair services, which can be carried out at the customer's home or at its own premises. It also carries out machine restoration work. Customers who have left reviews highlight fault resolution, part replacement and getting the equipment up and running after delivery.

Sales, hire and advice

Alongside machine sales, the business offers pinball hire and has a section of guides and frequently asked questions to help users. The company presents itself as the exclusive UK distributor for Jersey Jack Pinball, Chicago Gaming, Spooky Pinball and Dutch Pinball, and as the largest supplier of Stern for the British home market, according to its own description and the reviews collected on the site.

Customer service and warranty

The site includes sections on commitment to quality, warranty and services. Several reviews mention a two-year warranty and praise the speed of response, communication during the purchase process and installation by the team. The company handles enquiries by phone and through messaging channels, and has a showroom space to try out machines.
