Features and applications

The PVC panels are 100% waterproof, making them suitable for bathrooms, showers and wet areas. They are designed for easy installation using a tongue-and-groove system and require low maintenance. The company recommends them both for renovating bathrooms and for redesigning kitchens and other spaces with easy-to-clean decorative panels. According to the information on the site, the panels are water and fire resistant.

Shipping and availability

Cladding World states that 93% of orders are delivered the next working day and that orders received before 2 pm are dispatched the same day. Most of the UK can receive orders within 24-48 hours from dispatch, and the aim is to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2 pm on Friday are dispatched the following Monday, excluding bank holidays. The company operates a price policy whereby it matches or beats any similar offer found by the customer, although surcharges may apply according to the shipping policy.

Customer service and advice

The customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:30 to answer queries. The company offers video tutorials for installing and cutting the panels, and recommends using neutral or solvent-free silicone together with 12 mm countersunk screws for fixing. It also warns that batches change regularly, so it advises placing a single order with the total quantity needed to avoid colour differences between batches. It also notes that panels and trims should not be stored or cut outdoors, as direct sunlight can cause discolouration, and that damage caused by leaving items outside will not be refunded.
