Air conditioning services

The technician, Dave, is fully qualified in air conditioning and carries out visits to complete a range of services including:

• Diagnostic assessment
• Leak tests
• Re-gas (134a and 1234yf)
• Full air conditioning service
• Quotes for required repair work

How we work and customer care

The company presents itself as a friendly, efficient and reliable service, with flexible appointment times. Unlike large garage chains, GLADMOTORS diagnoses air conditioning problems instead of simply reporting that it is not working. Prices are described as very competitive and significantly cheaper than those of main garages or dealers. Appointments and visits are arranged at the customer's convenience.

The company services and re-gases 134a and 1234YF systems. According to its presentation, all parts used are genuine or patent and come with a warranty.

Contact and appointment management

Appointments are managed by phone with Dave or Alison. At busy times, calls may transfer to voicemail, where a message can be left to receive a response as soon as possible. There is also a contact form that asks for name, email address, phone number, postcode, vehicle registration and message.

Customer reviews

The site shows a rating of 5.0 based on 46 Google reviews, along with testimonials highlighting punctuality, diagnosis and fault resolution, replacement of parts such as condensers and compressors, re-gassing and the service received from both Dave and Alison. Several customers say they have used the service repeatedly and over several years.
