Sash Windows London

Sash Windows London: bespoke windows and doors for homes in London and Surrey

Sash Windows London is a British company dedicated to the design, manufacture and installation of bespoke windows and doors. Founded in 2005 by Paul Coleman-Carr and currently led by his daughter, Francesca Coleman-Carr, the company presents itself as one of the most reputable window and door installers in London, its surroundings, Surrey and the South West of England. Its work combines traditional joinery with contemporary solutions, and all its products are manufactured in UK workshops.

Window range

The company offers a range of sash and casement windows in timber and PVCu. The catalogue includes heritage-style models in timber and PVCu, as well as the Traditional and Classic lines in PVCu. These products are designed both to replicate original designs in conservation areas and to incorporate modern and contemporary styles.

Doors and finishes

The doors section covers timber, aluminium and composite solutions. In timber, entrance doors and French doors are offered; in aluminium, entrance doors, French doors, sliding doors and bifold doors; and in composite, entrance doors. The company also sells a selection of finishes, furniture and glazing options to complete each project.

Working process

The working method is structured in eight stages. It begins with an initial home visit by the sales team, who review the project and answer any questions. A detailed quotation is then prepared and the client is invited to visit the showroom to see the products in person. After the quotation is approved, a contract is formalised, an exact on-site measurement is carried out by a surveyor, and the order and delivery proceed. Installation is carried out by the company's own fitters, who usually start with the upper or rear rooms, and ends with a demonstration of how the products operate and the handover of a maintenance guide.

Client profile and projects

The company serves homeowners, with particular attention to the renovation of period properties and the preservation of their aesthetic integrity. Among the projects shown on its website are work in Claremont Road (Teddington), Leyborne Park (Richmond), Snowbury Road (Fulham), St Margaret's Road (Brockley), The Biltmore hotel (Mayfair), Cubitt Terrace (Clapham) and Dilke Street (Chelsea). It also offers services to construction professionals.

Team and structure

The company has a team structured across several areas. Management comprises Paul Coleman-Carr (founder), Francesca Coleman-Carr (managing director) and James Couch (sales director). In the product area, Bryn Elliot, Luca Carr and Atul Kotecha work as product experts, and Lydia Francesca as showroom manager. Project management falls to Jake North (operations manager) and Elvin Morley (installation manager). Rob Stevens is senior engineer and Tony handles surveying and service. Administrative support tasks include Lauren Butler (order processing), Sreetha Surendran (installation coordination) and Christine Noakes (accounting manager).

Sustainability and warranty

The company uses FSC®-certified timber and energy-efficient designs. In addition, for every installation it plants a tree through the One Tree Planted initiative. It offers a ten-year warranty on timber finishes.
