Hillandale Caravan Parks is a third-generation family business dedicated to running holiday parks and selling high-specification holiday homes. The company was founded in 1947 and the Lloyd Jones family has since developed eight holiday parks across Worcestershire, Shropshire, Herefordshire and Mid-Wales.

The business combines the sale of new and pre-owned holiday homes, holiday home hire, seasonal touring pitches and touring and camping areas. Purchase finance is arranged through Hillandale Caravan Finance Limited, an entity authorised and regulated by the UK Financial Conduct Authority.

The eight parks

• Borders Hideaway Holiday Home Park (Powys): spacious, landscaped pitches with valley views, about three miles from Hay-on-Wye.
• The Coppice Leisure Park (Worcestershire): exclusive holiday homes with private gardens and patios, set in 36 acres of woodland, with an outdoor heated swimming pool and nature trails.
• The Glen Caravan Park (Shropshire): holiday homes with uninterrupted views of the Shropshire countryside, landscaped pitches with their own parking bay and close to the town of Cleobury Mortimer.
• Hay-On-Wye Caravan Park (Powys): level hard standing and grass pitches, high-speed Wi-Fi and luxury holiday homes for sale, with a covered pot wash area.
• Lickhill Manor Caravan Park (Worcestershire): 65 acres of riverside meadows on the River Severn, with fishing rights, holiday homes in individually fenced gardens and open all year.
• Lincomb Lock Caravan Park (Worcestershire): landscaped terraces and meadows beside the Severn, with fishing rights and near Lincomb Lock.
• Morfa Bychan Holiday Park (Ceredigion, west coast of Wales): holiday homes with sea views, beach access from the park and a heated swimming pool with an all-weather enclosure.
• Riverbend Caravan Park (Powys): riverside location in Mid-Wales, with beautifully maintained gardens and a five-minute walk to a pub, café and shop.
• Stay-on-Wye Rally Park (Powys): rally park with competitive rates, capacity for up to 150 units and a riverside location.

All parks are dog friendly, feature beautifully maintained gardens and are surrounded by country footpaths, woodlands and historic towns.

Holiday homes for sale

The holiday home range includes new and used models from manufacturers such as ABI, Willerby, Regal, Jubilee and Carnaby, with sizes from 28 to 44 feet long and 12 to 14 feet wide, two bedrooms and sleeping up to six people. Many units come with decking included and with pitch fees and insurance covered until 2027.

In addition to sales, the company offers holiday home hire with sea views in Aberystwyth and a shepherd's hut in Hay-on-Wye. It also manages seasonal touring pitches, with rates published for 2026, and touring and camping areas at its parks.

Finance and purchase terms

The company provides finance options through Hillandale Caravan Finance Limited and has announced an agreement with DF Capital to extend terms and reduce deposits. The autumn promotion featured on the site includes savings of up to £10,000, 0% finance and pitch fees included until 2027, with deposits from £6,063. New holiday homes come with an extension of the park licence up to 25 years.
