About SorviAI

SorviAI: business operating system with seven integrated applications

SorviAI is a software platform that brings together the key functions of a business into a single system. Its proposition is based on all applications operating on the same record, with a shared login and account, without the need to integrate external tools. The company describes it as a business operating system that covers the entire operation.

The product is sold under the name SorviAI Orbit, which groups the applications into a single database and a single bill. The company notes that new applications are added to the suite as they are released.

Applications that make up the suite

The current suite consists of seven applications, each aimed at a specific area of management:

  • Finance: budgets, invoices, receipts and the underlying ledger.
  • Inventory: quantities, costs and reorder levels, updated by real events.
  • Repairs: service tickets from intake through to the invoice raised.
  • TeamEmail: shared mailbox with an owner assigned to each conversation.
  • Worklink: attendance, shifts and leave, scoped by the organisation chart.
  • Storefront: public catalogue with enquiries that become quotations.
  • Nest: shared document storage, with a role assigned to each folder.

The company states that the seven applications are not independent products synchronised through integrations, but seven views of the same records. A change made in one of them is already reflected in the others.

Problems it addresses

SorviAI argues that businesses should not need multiple systems to operate. According to its description, when sales, operations and finance work with separate records, each team has a partial and often outdated view. The platform aims to make the complete information available on screen to anyone with permissions, instead of relying on a single person who keeps it in their head.

Workspace and security

Each company that signs up gets its own workspace with an independent web address. Records are stored in their own schema, not in a shared table with a company column, and the separation is applied below the application. A second company or separate entity can have its own workspace, and the user can switch between them while staying signed in. The platform includes two-factor authentication and an audit trail.

Integration with the existing environment

The tool is designed to coexist with other common programs in the business. The website mentions compatibility with Outlook, Stripe and QuickBooks.

Plans and pricing

The company offers three contracting options. The single-app plan costs £10 per month, or £8 per month with annual billing (a 20% discount), and includes 5 seats, with £1.60 per additional seat per month. The SorviAI Orbit plan, which groups all applications under a single bill, costs £150 per month, or £120 per month with annual billing, and includes 5 seats, with £20 per additional seat per month, plus a free seat for the accountant. There is also an Enterprise plan with custom pricing that allows you to choose the applications in the package, number of seats, custom domain and onboarding and data migration services.

The company offers a 30-day trial without the need for a card. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only and data export remains available. Data can be exported to CSV at any time.

Origin and development

SorviAI arose from an internal problem within the company itself. Ralakde, the parent company, operated with multiple separate tools, each with its own cost, training and way of working. The team spent time keeping those systems synchronised manually, without a procedure that covered the whole. SorviAI is presented as the solution that the company developed for itself.

The platform is built in the UK and designed for UK tax, including support for Making Tax Digital.
