Shutter ranges and materials

The company's catalogue is organised into several material ranges, each aimed at different needs:

• Hardwood: premium wood shutters, presented for their durability, strength and natural finish.
• MDF: a made-to-measure option that the company describes as durable, stylish and more affordable.
• Waterproof (ABS): designed for bathrooms, kitchens and other high-humidity rooms.
• Express (composite): a low-maintenance solution with shorter lead times.
• Perfect Fit (UPVC): a fitting system designed for PVC windows.

Styles and room applications

The style range includes full-height shutters, bay window shutters, cafe style, tier on tier, blackout, solid panel, track system and special shape shutters. The company also markets shutters organised by room: living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, conservatory and dining room. It also offers Perfect Fit blinds.

How our service works

The service is structured in four phases. First, a home visit to understand the customer's needs and take accurate measurements. Then, a design consultation to help choose the style, material and finish. Next, a tailored quote with no hidden costs is provided and, once accepted, the manufacture of the shutters begins. The final phase is installation by the company's own fitters, which the company describes as careful and with subsequent cleaning of the space.

Warranties and after-sales commitments

Shutters include a manufacturer's warranty and a lifetime louvre replacement guarantee. The company also advertises free installation and lifetime free louvre replacements. At the time of analysis, the site showed a promotion of up to 50% off selected shutters.

Coverage areas

Among the locations the company cites as served are Altrincham, Sale, Didsbury, Wilmslow, Hale, Bramhall, Prestwich, Chorlton, Cheadle, Stockport, Trafford and Knutsford. The company states that even if an area does not appear on the list, it is likely still covered, and suggests asking when getting in touch.
