Nitrotek

Nitrotek, online RC store based in Stockport

Nitrotek Ltd is a British e-commerce business specialising in radio-controlled vehicles and related products. Its catalogue covers electric, nitro and petrol cars, planes, tanks, boats, accessories, spare parts and upgrades, as well as mobility scooters, power equipment and dining furniture. The company operates from its warehouse in Marple, Stockport, and sells mainly in the UK market.

Radio-controlled vehicle catalogue

Nitrotek's offering is organised into several product families. In RC cars, the store distinguishes between electric, nitro and petrol models. Electric models are grouped by scale ranging from 1:24 to 1:8, while nitro models cover scales 1:16, 1:10 and 1:8, and petrol models are concentrated in 1:5 scale. The catalogue includes brands such as HSP, FS Racing and own-brand models such as the XSTR or the Bug Crusher.

In aircraft, Nitrotek sells RC planes classified by type (trainers, gliders, scale, aerobatic/3D and warbirds) and by wingspan (under 80 cm, 81 to 130 cm and over 131 cm). Brands available include Dynam, Hubsan, Skyartec and WL Toys. The store also offers RC tanks from Heng Long and Taigen, in 1:16 and 1:24 scales, and presents itself as the exclusive UK distributor of Taigen. RC boats complete the range.

Accessories, spare parts and after-sales service

Alongside vehicles, the store has an accessories and spare parts section that includes batteries, chargers, nitro fuel, tools, radio equipment, FPV equipment, BB pellets, smoke generator liquid and spare parts and upgrades for the various categories. Nitrotek highlights its support in spare parts for all the models it sells and warns about temporary sellers who cannot guarantee long-term parts supply.

Other categories: mobility, power and furniture

In addition to RC, the site includes electric mobility scooters, power equipment such as generators and pressure washers, and dining furniture with chairs and tables. It also offers an anti-theft asset tracker with no subscription and unlimited range.

Advantages and purchase conditions

Nitrotek applies a pricing policy that, according to its own presentation, guarantees the lowest UK prices on comparable products, with a refund of the difference if a cheaper price is found. Orders placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day; models are sent by courier with next working day delivery and parts by first class mail. It also allows collection from the Marple warehouse by selecting the corresponding option at checkout.
