Trip Tots

Baby equipment rental for travelling without carrying everything

Trip Tots is a British company dedicated to renting baby and toddler equipment, designed for families who travel and prefer not to transport bulky items. Its catalogue is organised around five main categories: car seats, pushchairs, travel cots, high chairs and accessories, plus a section of baby essentials.

The service works in three steps: the customer places an order online, the company ships the equipment to their home or holiday destination, and then the customer returns it or the company collects it. The site advertises next-day delivery and delivery both to the home and to the holiday location.

Rental model and company arguments

The company presents rental as an alternative to buying or transporting your own equipment: it allows you to travel with less luggage, have quality products during your stay and avoid the cost and maintenance of a purchase. The site highlights that familiar equipment helps the child adapt more easily to the destination and that the service is flexible and tailored to the specific needs of each trip. The catalogue shows prices per item, with examples such as £49 for numerous pushchairs and car seats, £52 for the Doona+, £44 for travel cots and £24 for the Ikea ANTILOP high chair.
