PoolStore UK Ltd operates as an online shop specialising in swimming pools and spas, based in Southampton. The company presents itself as the first European company to sell swimming pool products online and states it has been the UK's online swimming pool supplies store for over 26 years. Its catalogue ranges from above ground pools to chemicals, filtration equipment, heating and cleaning accessories.

Above ground pools and DIY assembly kits

The shop offers above ground pools for all budgets, including high-end wooden options and "garden splasher" models. For those who prefer to build their own pool, it has DIY kits with all the necessary components, and its engineers can assist with assembly.

Water treatment and balance

The chemicals section covers pH adjustment and correcting acidity or alkalinity levels as the first step to keeping water in good condition. The company sells water test kits, chlorine and algaecides, non-chlorine alternatives, clarifiers and flocculants to remove microscopic particles. It also offers semi-automatic disinfection systems such as UV systems and salt chlorinators, as well as testers that indicate whether the water is safe for swimming.

Pumps, filters and heating

PoolStore UK supplies circulation pumps, spare parts and components for existing pumps, as well as paper cartridge and sand filters, available immediately from stock. In heating, the catalogue includes gas and electric heaters, and highlights the heat pump as the most efficient unit. The company offers an installation service for pumps, heaters, filters and other pool equipment.

Covers, cleaning and accessories

To retain heat, the shop has bubble covers, geobubble covers, automatic slatted covers and rollers. For cleaning, it sells leaf nets with telescopic poles, suction cleaners and electric automatic pool cleaners. It also offers dehumidifiers for indoor pools and enclosures for outdoor pools, with various types and guide prices.

Liner replacement and nationwide service

The company provides a nationwide liner replacement service, using both domestic-grade and heavy-duty liners. The catalogue also includes a digital wireless thermometer to monitor the pool from indoors, with an indicated price of £42.00.

Technical support and purchase conditions

The team presents itself as technical and focused on answering questions about chemicals and equipment, with no sales pressure. The shop offers free standard delivery on orders over £50.00 and next working day delivery for stock orders placed before 12:00. The company states that it no longer uses Facebook or Twitter and channels its news and offers through a newsletter.
