Majestic Metals

Made-to-measure cast bronze and aluminium signage in the United Kingdom

Majestic Metals is a British family workshop dedicated to the manufacture of metal plaques and signs. According to its own presentation, each piece begins its process in a British foundry: cast bronze and aluminium plaques are individually moulded, hand finished and inspected before leaving the workshop. The company contrasts this method with mass-produced imported signage and maintains that its pieces are designed to age well and last for decades.

The catalogue is organised into several product lines and allows customisation on every order. The firm states that it works for both private homes and listed buildings, hotels, schools and memorials.

House numbers, names and address plaques

The residential signage line includes house numbers, house name plaques and models that combine number and name. Materials used include aluminium, bronze and copper. The catalogue shown on the site includes, among others, models such as the rectangular cast aluminium address plaque with satin finish, the blue heritage oval plaque, the heritage oval plaque with house number and street name, and an oval cast aluminium address plaque with rear fixing holes.

Signage for hotels and hospitality

The company has a specific category of high-end hotel signage. This includes room plaques, hotel heritage plaques, directional signage, entrance signs and information signs. The firm also runs a B2B contact line for businesses — hotels, offices or guest houses, among others — that need custom signage and request a quote online.

Commemorative, memorial and religious plaques

The catalogue includes commemorative and tribute plaques, memorial plaques and grave markers, blue heritage plaques and custom religious plaques. Featured products include a bespoke bronze military memorial plaque, a large cast bronze commemorative plaque for memorials and dedications, and custom cast aluminium heritage plaques with various colour and size options.

Decor, garden and other products

In addition to signage, Majestic Metals sells garden decor, novelty signs, metal ingots, decorative shields and car badges, decorative wall tiles, plaques and clocks, and seasonal gifts and decorations. The company also offers a plasma cutting service, with which it makes custom cuts in mild steel, aluminium and brass in specific shapes or sizes, and has clear acrylic sheets available.

Purchasing process and customer service

The firm works exclusively to order: each order is made according to the customer's request. Before production, it provides a free design proof. The website states that telephone support is available from 08:00 to 16:00 and that the company accepts Klarna as a payment method, with interest-free financing options. The site also mentions an Etsy shop with more than 5,000 completed projects and a 4.9-star rating, as well as shipping to numerous countries with currency and region selection.
