24/7 assistance and locksmith network

Keycare has an emergency helpline available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, managed from the UK. Through it, policyholders can request assistance to access their home or vehicle via an approved nationwide network of locksmiths. If the vehicle is unusable due to lost or stolen keys, the cover includes vehicle hire (up to £50 per day for a maximum of 3 days) or a taxi ride home.

Cover for all types of keys

The insurance covers all keys that the customer attaches to the Keycare fob, not just home and car keys. This makes it possible to protect office, storage unit, second home or other premises keys. The company highlights that approximately one third of lost keys are returned thanks to the reward scheme and the cooperation of those who find them.
