Wet & Forget UK: no-scrub cleaning for mould, lichen and algae

Wet & Forget UK is a cleaning products brand operating in the United Kingdom through its online store. Its approach focuses on formulas that eliminate mould, lichen, algae and black spots without the need for scrubbing or abrasive methods. The company presents itself as "the no-scrub cleaning brand" and sells products for both outdoor and indoor use.

Outdoor products

The range includes a concentrated outdoor mould, lichen and algae remover, which works by application and lets the product do the work without manual effort. It also offers a ready-to-use version with a direct connection to a garden hose, reaching up to 8 metres high — suitable for two-storey buildings — and covering up to 200 m² in around ten minutes, with no mixing or heavy equipment. The company promises results without bleach, without a pressure washer and without scrubbing.

Indoor cleaning: showers and windows

For indoor use, Wet & Forget UK sells a weekly no-scrub shower cleaner that dissolves soap scum, grime and mould buildup. To use it, simply spray once a week and rinse the next day; the formula contains no bleach or harsh abrasive ingredients. The company also mentions streak-free window solutions.

Delivery and loyalty programme

The store advertises free next-day delivery for orders that meet the stated conditions and offers a customer loyalty programme. The website includes FAQs, delivery and returns information, and a stockists section.

Customer service

Customer service is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00, excluding bank holidays. Over the Christmas period, the company advises of reduced availability: phone lines close at 14:00 on 23 December and reopen at 9:00 on 2 January; email remains operational with longer response times, and the team works intermittently on 29 and 30 December.

Informational content

The website publishes tips and practical guides, such as methods for cleaning the bathroom and preventing mould, or weekly routines to keep the shower clean. This content supports the brand's commercial activity.
