Safe Hands Home & Pet Sitting

Safe Hands Home & Pet Sitting: home and pet sitting in South East Kent

Safe Hands Home & Pet Sitting is a home and pet sitting service operating in South East Kent, covering Canterbury, Sandwich, Deal, Dover and nearby areas. The company presents itself as a personal and reliable care option for owners who are away, whether for a night, a holiday or a longer period.

Home care services

The company offers scheduled home visits while the owner is away. These visits include agreed property checks, post collection, plant care, bin management and other household tasks. It also offers home sitting, which consists of a regular presence in the home during the owner's absence, with agreed household tasks and attention to the property.

Pet care and dog walking

For pets, Safe Hands offers scheduled visits covering feeding, companionship, routine care and agreed walks. The home & pet sitting service combines care for the animals in their familiar surroundings with the occupation and care of the home. The company tailors care to the client's needs: it can be booked for the home only, for the pets only, or for both.

An approach based on trust and experience

The company was founded by someone with previous experience in policing, close protection and work in residential security teams. Although Safe Hands is not a security service, that background influences its working method: discretion, attention to detail, clear communication and a strong sense of responsibility. The company insists that every booking begins with a clear handover and agreed arrangements, so that the client knows exactly how their home and pets will be looked after.

The service is described as calm, reliable and security-conscious. The company takes time to understand the routine, personality and individual needs of each pet, and respects both the home and the trust placed in it.
