Showroom and customer service

Olympian Garden Buildings has a showroom in Cheshire that, according to the company, houses one of the largest displays of garden buildings in the North West of England, with up to 80 buildings exhibited. The space allows customers to see the products in person and compare styles and uses. The company recommends booking an appointment to guarantee a consultation with a member of the sales team, although it is also possible to visit without an appointment during opening hours.

The purchase process includes advice from the sales team, the option to collect the order from the factory, delivery only, or the delivery and installation service provided by the company's team. Standard delivery and installation is offered within a 30-mile radius; outside that area options may be limited and incur an additional cost.

Ex-display sale and financing

The company periodically announces a sale of ex-display models with discounts of up to 35% on garden buildings, aluminium pergolas and outdoor furniture. These demonstration models are available for delivery and installation between February and March, according to information on the website. In addition, Olympian Garden Buildings offers additional services such as flexible financing and the possibility of downloading catalogues and brochures upon request.
