Bike Life Competitions

Bike Life Competitions: motorbike and gear competitions for the UK

Bike Life Competitions is a company based in Rugeley, England, that operates a website for motorbike, gear and accessory competitions. The platform allows users to buy entries for draws of models such as the Yamaha MT09 Gen 4, the Triumph Street Triple RS, Alpinestars jackets and trousers, heated gloves, Arai helmets, tyres of any brand and Oxford locks, among others. Many prizes include a cash alternative.

How the competitions work

The entry process takes place online: the user answers a competition question, selects the number of entries using a slider and completes payment. There is also a free postal entry route, by sending name, address, phone number, email address and the answer to the question to the company's address. Each free entry must be sent separately and bulk submissions are not accepted.

The draws have opening and closing dates published on the website. Winners are notified by phone and email within five days of the close. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the company reserves the right to choose another winner.

Requirements and conditions

Entry is limited to UK residents aged 18 or over. Entries from outside that area are not accepted. Relatives of suppliers also cannot enter. The company states that it complies with UK legislation and that it may share the winner's data with the Advertising Standards Authority to confirm the administration of the draw.

Prize catalogue

The catalogue includes categories for motorbikes, accessories, adventure, enduro/MX, road, tech, tools and protection. Among the active draws were entries for the Yamaha MT09 Gen 4 with a full Black Widow system and a £5,500 cash alternative, the Triumph Street Triple RS with a £4,000 alternative, a Bruhl Turbine dryer with a £100 alternative, an Alpinestars Andes V4 set with a £300 alternative, Alpinestars HT-5 heated gloves with a £200 alternative, tyres of any brand with a £200 alternative, an Arai Quantic helmet with a £360 alternative and an Oxford Grinder S2 lock with a £180 alternative.
