He initially trained as a dental technician in Manchester in 2002 and qualified in dentistry from Cardiff in 2007. After a year in the oral surgery department at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff, he moved into general practice in private and NHS clinics. In 2022 he completed a veneers masterclass with the Ash Palmer Academy in London; in 2023 he obtained a PG Cert in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at the Dominic Hassall Training Institute in Solihull, and has recently completed a smile makeover course with dentist Sam Jethwa in Buckinghamshire. He is currently studying for a master's in Implantology at the University of Bristol. His interest focuses on complete smile transformations using implants, veneers, composite bonding or prosthetics, with a full-mouth approach tailored to each patient.

Amber Rupra, practice director and co-owner, began in dentistry as a dental nurse in 1994, after eighteen years working as a nurse. She later moved into administration, first as a dental receptionist and then as a practice manager, managing both NHS and private practices. She has been a CQC registered manager and is currently the HIW registered manager for Honeyfields.
