Services, accessories and maintenance

Alongside the sale of equipment, Eden Hot Tubs offers chemicals, covers and accessories for hot tub maintenance, as well as service and warranty packages. The company also provides user guides and aftercare support. According to its page, it delivers and installs throughout the UK, not just in Cornwall and Devon, and allows customers to try the equipment in its showrooms, with appointments for wet testing.

Showrooms and customer service

The company has a showroom in Cornwall, in Scorrier, Redruth, and another in Devon. Both spaces allow customers to compare models in person and test the jets, and the Cornwall showroom is presented as the largest in the South West. Opening hours are 10:00 to 16:00, Monday to Saturday, with free on-site parking. No appointment is needed for a general visit, although it is recommended during busy periods.

Brands and positioning

Eden Hot Tubs describes itself as the largest hot tub retailer in the South West of England and as the only official Jacuzzi® dealer in Cornwall. The company emphasises that buying through an authorised dealer guarantees genuine parts, manufacturer warranty and local service, compared with parallel import models without support. Among its customers, the website mentions chef Paul Ainsworth and Michelin-starred chef Adam Handling.
